GREG CONLON FOR U S SENATE SUPPORTS ASSEMBLY BILL 1711 WHICH RESTRICTS THE NUMBER OF NON-RESIDENT STUDENTS ATTENDING U C SYSTEM UNIVERSITIES. Assembly Bill 1711 restricts the number of NON-RESIDENT students in the University of California system to 15.9% of the student body of each university. Greg Conlon, GOP candidate for U S Senate, wants to add a Revenue Adjustment each year consistent with the increases in appropriations to K-12 and California Community Colleges.
